With that in mind, we have provided an outline of our store policies for your reference. Please read through our policies carefully prior to placing an order.     Erin's Expressions is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. Ordering with us is safe and secure. We do not sell or disclose of any of your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protecting your personal information as we would our own. All information submitted to Erin's Expressions is kept confidential. No personal information, such as email addresses, home addresses, telephone numbers and all other contact information is sold or distributed.

    For added privacy and security, we have chosen to accept payment via PayPal which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment via PayPal, the recipient (in this case, Erin's Expressions) will not receive sensitive financial information such as your credit card or bank account information.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We are not accepting international orders at this time.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    For your convenience, we accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards along with e-checks through our secure shopping cart via PayPal. We also accept PayPal payments through your PayPal account. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make purchases from Erin's Expressions. Upon checkout, you will be automatically directed to PayPal to confirm your payment. You may either sign in using your existing PayPal account or simply pay with your credit card via PayPal. There is no cost to you to use PayPal. The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved. At Erin's Expressions, we never see your credit card information. Paying with PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    SALES TAX

    There is no sales tax on purchases made through Erin's Expressions unless you are a resident of North Carolina. If you live in North Carolina, then a 7.75% sales tax will be applied.

    SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY

    At Erin's Expressions customer satisfaction is a priority. Therefore, we have been very detailed in our product descriptions so that you, the customer, know prior to ordering as much information about the product as possible. Every item that we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. Monogrammed, personalized and all customized items and designs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if the monogramming or personalization is incorrect at the fault of Erin's Expressions, not the customer, then we will gladly exchange it for the same item with the correction(s) made. In this scenario, Erin's Expressions will pay the shipping costs for the return. If errors are made on the customer's behalf, item(s) are not exchangeable or refundable. Please ensure that you have typed your personalization EXACTLY as you would like it to be sewn on the item.

    If an item(s) is received with an error or if you would like to exchange/return an item that has no personalization, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for return information. Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition along with an authorized return reference number enclosed before a refund will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy results in no exchange or refund.

    If an item(s) has been approved for return or exchange, the item will be shipped back to Erin's Expressions at the customer's expense unless an error has been made by Erin's Expressions.

    SHIPPING

    We ship via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail (if itempackage weighs 13 oz. or more). All orders are sent from Cherryville, NC and take approximately 2-7 business days for delivery after the item(s) has been shipped. Packages are typically shipped out Monday-Friday. You will receive an email with FREE delivery confirmation/tracking when your order has been shipped. Please note: We are not responsilbe for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected or delayed.

    CUSTOM ORDERS

    At Erin's Expressions, we specialize in custom embroidery. If you have a custom request and would like a quote, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.

    STOCK POLICY

    Every effort is made to ensure that our website accurately reflects products that are available for shipment. Although we update our inventory listings frequently, some products listed at any given time may be out of stock due to simultaneous orders. We will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order.

    COLOR DISCLAIMER

    Due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product. If you have any questions about a particular color, please contact us prior to ordering for clarification.
